Clinician SUDS - Gatehouse Treatment

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments on incoming clients to determine appropriate level of care and complete clinical documentation within 24 hours. Facilitate daily groups, individual counseling, and family sessions for clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Collaborate with the treatment team, participate in daily meetings and weekly supervision, and submit concurrent reviews to the Utilization Department. Maintain open communication with all team members and report to the Clinical Director for emergencies. Requires LADC licensure and NH state license eligibility.
