Job Summary
Conduct weekly client screenings, biopsychosocial assessments, and therapy for individual adults, children, couples, and families, aiming for 26 contact hours. Deliver evidence-based treatments including CBT, CPT, and PE while documenting progress and referrals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality mental health care through telehealth and in-person sessions at the Cohen Clinic. Attend weekly clinical, supervision, and administrative meetings. Maintain regular attendance and drive daily to various locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, clinical mental health counseling, or in marriage and family therapy
- Independent licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Associate licensure with relevant experience
- A minimum of three years of experience
- Experience working with adults, children, couples, and families
- Knowledge in DSM-V diagnoses
- Experience in diagnosing and treatment planning
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance
- Driver's License with clear record
- Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice
- Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates
Desired Qualifications
- Independent licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- A minimum of three years of experience
- Certification or documented proficiency in one or more of the following EBP's: CBT, PE, or CPT
- Willingness to receive training in preferred EBPs
- Experience working with military populations and/or Veterans
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
