Job Summary
Deliver clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy to children, adolescents, and families across school, community, and virtual settings. Provide crisis intervention, coordinate care with external providers, and collaborate with school staff to minimize educational disruption. Discuss financial responsibilities, insurance coverage, and fee schedules with clients and caregivers while maintaining accurate, compliant documentation. Full-time, exempt role with 40 hours per week and occasional evening hours. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually. Requires an Illinois clinical license and Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field
- Illinois clinical license (e.g., LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent, as appropriate for the position)
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required background clearances
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical License (e.g., LCPC, LCSW)
- Experience working with diverse and underserved communities
- Experience providing telehealth services
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, child development, and evidence-based interventions
- Experience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health services and electronic health record systems
