Job Summary
School-based clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family and group therapy) within White Plains, Yonkers, Lakeland, Peekskill, and Mohegan Lake school districts. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinically appropriate treatment plans, delivering at least 25 billable hours per week of psychotherapy (including off-site visits) to children, adolescents, and families, promoting integrated, person-centered care, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and serving as on-call clinician on a rotating basis. Maintains knowledge of OMH regulations related to clinical practice, uses electronic health records, and communicates effectively with schools, protective services, and families. Requires licensure (LMSW/LMHC/LMFT; NYS-LMSW or LCSW preferred), 1+ year of relevant experience, and the ability to meet productivity standards. Optional bilingual capacity (Spanish or non-bilingual) suitable for the role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year experience and licensed (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- NYS-LMSW or LCSW preferred
- Knowledge of multiple modalities and evidence-based Interventions
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of electronic health record systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet session productivity standards
- Bilingual Spanish or Non-Bilingual Clinician suitable for school-based settings
Desired Qualifications
