Job Summary
Coordinate client assessments and prepare, implement, and monitor comprehensive, permanency-focused case plans for children in the Residential Program. Work with direct treatment providers to establish goals, assess individual and family situations, and identify problem areas. Provide therapeutic services to children weekly and families bi-weekly using differential treatment modalities. Meet and communicate with biological families, guardians, foster families, and case workers while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment plans. Record and maintain case records in accord with Agency, OMH, and state mandates. Participate in intake assessments and actively communicate with clients through phone and email. Diligently plan for discharge or permanency at the time of admission. This role reports to the Residential Director and requires on-site work. New hires are eligible for retention bonuses ranging from $2,500 to $7,500.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- RTF Clinician requires two years of related experience
- Limited permit
- Must pass physical
- Must be able to complete TCI training
- Valid NYS Driver's License
