CLINICIAN - PROVISIONAL MUHR

Clinician provides and coordinates clinical and education-based treatment services throughout an individual's treatment. Ensures treatment practices are in accordance with accreditation and organizational standards, and are aligned with person-centered care. Essential functions include comprehensive mental health and substance abuse evaluations with detailed reporting, psychosocial histories, assessments, treatment plans, admission/discharge summaries, and other chart-related documents; provide individual counseling and facilitate educational and counseling groups; chart activities in patient records; participate in daytime/on-call after-hours support; maintain patient confidentiality; pursue professional growth through training and current theories; assist patients with objective-driven treatment plans; coordinate services with staff and resources; attend staff meetings and clinical supervision; demonstrate ethical practice and professionalism; manage time effectively; utilize computer software (Microsoft Suite, Zoom); no direct supervisory responsibilities; work environment includes residential treatment or outpatient clinic; full-time schedule including evenings/weekends/on-call; minimal travel; required education/eligibility includes licensure or master's/PhD pathway; EEO compliance.
