Provide strength-based psychotherapeutic interventions for referred children and families, focusing on identified treatment needs and best practices. Complete all clinical and administrative documentation within program and Medicaid timelines while analyzing client needs to formulate action plans. Provide updated information to system partners to ensure care coordination and continuity. Proactively plan for and respond to crisis situations with sensitivity to legal and regulatory issues. Engage children and families respectfully during home visits, managing emotions and behaviors while prioritizing personal safety. Work independently and as part of a team representing Catholic Charities in the field.
