Job Summary
Deliver therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy while providing timely crisis intervention and emotional support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care, completing initial treatment plans within 30 days of admission. Update treatment plans every 180 days, maintain weekly progress notes, and prepare discharge summaries to ensure smooth transitions out of care. Schedule includes evenings and Saturdays with clinical delivery on-site and via telehealth. Bilingual Spanish required with a Master's level degree in social work or mental health counseling.
Required Qualifications
- Master's level clinician with a degree in social work, mental health counseling
- diagnostic privilege (LMHC,LMSW)
- Licensure or limit-permit
- Bilingual in the Spanish language
- Minimum one year experience providing clinical assessments/treatments, and/or case management services for children/adolescents and families
- Knowledge of the complex issues presented by children and families who are involved in the child welfare system
- Have some working knowledge of NYC systems including ACS, OMH, and DOE
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with OMH-Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Service programs operated clinics, Part 599 regulations
