Clinician Outpatient Services

Explore the client's understanding of their problem, clarify its current impact, and employ the mental status exam as an initial and ongoing treatment tool. Demonstrate competency in mental health diagnoses using the DSM, assess high-risk clients per protocol, and incorporate treatment for co-occurring disorders. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, consult collateral contacts and community agencies, and provide feedback on service quality to ensure comprehensive care. Adapt to changing policies and clinical documentation while representing the agency professionally. This role offers 4 weeks paid vacation, 13 holidays, and eligibility for medical and dental plans within a mission-driven organization serving children and families in the Hudson Valley.
