Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients facing mental health, substance use, and social determinants of health challenges. Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches while tailoring interventions with strengths-based and culturally responsive practices. Coordinate care with internal teams and external partners, participate in case consultations, and maintain strong communication with referral sources. Complete all clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, safety plans, and discharge summaries to ensure compliance with agency standards and MassHealth requirements. Engage in weekly clinical supervision and pursue licensure as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- License-eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- CANS Certification
- Valid driver's license (Class C or D)
