Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients facing mental health, substance use, and life challenges. Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches tailored with strengths-based and culturally responsive practices. Coordinate care with internal teams and external partners while completing all clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Participate in weekly clinical supervision and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care. Maintain compliance with agency standards and MassHealth requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- License-eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- CANS Certification
- Valid driver's license (Class C or D)
