Job Summary
Full-Time Licensed Clinician/Case Manager for a five-bed Community Residence Treatment Program in Nashua, NH. Provide clinical and case management services including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, assessments, crisis management, and coordination of therapeutic services. Lead a multidisciplinary treatment team and provide clinical training and staff support. Additional duties include administrative responsibilities, benefits management and coordination of supported employment activities where applicable, and overall clinical support for participants.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred; licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible
- Experience with benefits and supported employment activities and the participant population preferred.
