Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for five youth aged 9-12, focusing on emotional regulation, behavioral management, and positive youth development. Conduct weekly individual, family, and group therapy sessions while creating engaging lesson plans and agendas to strengthen coping skills and family functioning. Collaborate with families, treatment team members, and community support to deliver therapeutic services that reflect assessment findings. This full-time role in Mercer County requires an NJ LSW with a plan to obtain independent clinical licensure within three years.
