Job Summary
The Center for Human Development is seeking a Master's Level Clinician to join the START team focused on treating individuals with Stimulant Use disorder. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring client safety, meeting documentation deadlines, and collaborating with a team of professionals. Candidates must demonstrate understanding and flexibility in client-focused approaches, possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and be eligible for licensure in Massachusetts. Experience with diverse populations and proficiency in communication and electronic health records are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Eligibility for credentialing by MassHealth and licensure in the state of MA
- Experience working with diverse populations

- Interest in working with diverse populations such as unhoused, LGBTQIA, underserved communities, and indigenous individuals
