Clinician Manager

Conduct weekly 1:1 consultations and coaching sessions with members, utilizing motivational interviewing to establish rapport. Evaluate health needs, perform physical examinations and screenings, diagnose issues, and provide bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) services per protocol. Administer medications, operate medical equipment, and document all visits while tracking progress and updating records. Hire, coach, and develop staff through professional development planning, delegation, and regular feedback. Actively participate in weekly team meetings and evaluate, plan, and improve standard operating procedures to enhance quality of care and efficiency. This role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations in Burlingame, CA, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 6:50am-2:00pm. The Clinician Manager will lead a close-knit team of healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding patient care and satisfaction within JumpstartMD's weight loss and hormonal optimization programs.
