Job Summary
Conduct individual and group therapy, perform intakes, and facilitate crisis intervention for male youth in the Revocation/Detention Unit. Manage caseloads, coordinate medical and psychiatric care, and maintain consistent contact with families and guardians. Build working relationships with state agencies and community organizations while ensuring clinical documentation meets licensing requirements. Complete a mandatory 3-week training program in Grafton, MA prior to employment. Full-time and part-time salaried positions offer flexibility for evening and weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related clinical field
- Current professional license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) is preferred or actively license eligible
- Experience working within an involuntary residential or secure setting
- Extensive experience with learning-disordered adolescents or youth facing behavioral challenges
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and substance abuse treatment
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours
- Bilingual candidates
