Job Summary
Clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of five to eight residents within a residential program for adolescents with developmental disabilities; develops interdisciplinary treatment plans and manages all case documentation; collaborates with professionals and agencies as necessary; licensure support is provided and bilingual bonus available for new hires who speak a second language; benefits include health, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
- Clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC) preferred. Ability to sit for clinical licensure required.
- Minimum of two years experience in individual, group and family therapy and assessment with adolescents and experience in residential program or mental health in-patient program preferred.
- Experience and/or training in work with populations impacted by traumatic stress, mental and behavioral health challenges, and developmental disabilities preferred.
