Clinician in Training

Clinician in Training to join a center-based, full-time team working with children aged 2-9 in autism-focused ABA therapy. The CiT will share a caseload with an experienced BCBA mentor, participate in non-billable tasks, assist with assessments, programming changes, materials creation for learners, data/chart updates, and preparation for parent meetings and trainings. The role progresses through shadowing, targeted programming tasks, and independent consults, with responsibilities including help with monthly progress reports, maintaining therapy materials, and supporting ongoing training for team members. Growth opportunities include on-site trainings, supervision support, tuition assistance, and a pathway toward BCBA licensure.
