Clinician III - Coordinator REQ 47972

Senior-level clinician responsible for complex assessment, investigations, and planning across Behavioral Health and Developmental Services; coordinates the Department’s human rights procedures and ensures regulatory compliance. Conducts comprehensive assessments and clinically informed follow-up related to incident events, leads investigations to uphold human rights protections, and provides expert consultation on human rights processes, risk mitigation, and service planning. Monitors compliance with DBHDS Office of Licensing and Office of Human Rights requirements; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to strengthen service delivery, documentation, and quality assurance; contributes to policy development, training, and continuous improvement in human rights and service standards.
