Job Summary
Clinician II develops recovery service plans and delivers recovery-oriented counseling to individuals, conducts thorough clinical assessments, orients clients to the program, provides short and long-term counseling (group or individual), offers family education/counseling, and conducts recovery education courses within the Crisis – Cumberland Recovery Response Center in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities include securing medical necessity documentation, submitting service authorizations, completing clinical documentation, maintaining compliance with federal/state regulations and policies, and supporting crisis services with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professional conduct. Required to hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field, and possess Associate Licensure in a Behavioral Health field, along with state certification where applicable; travel may be required. The role emphasizes de-escalation training, documentation accuracy, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications
