Job Summary
Clinician II provides recovery-service planning and delivers recovery-oriented counseling to individuals on their recovery journey. Responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering short- and long-term recovery-oriented counseling (group or individual), providing family education and counseling, facilitating recovery education courses, ensuring compliance through documentation and regulatory adherence, and contributing to a supportive behavioral health environment. The role requires Master’s level education, associate licensure in a behavioral health field, state certification where applicable, strong documentation and de-escalation skills, and willingness to travel as needed. Work location is Crisis - NC Durham (309 Crutchfield Street) with a rotating 7:00am–7:30pm shift; salary range $27.00–$29.00/hour plus sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required
- State professional certification where applicable
