Job Summary
Clinician II provides recovery-oriented therapeutic counseling and develops recovery service plans for individuals in outpatient settings. Responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical assessments, orienting individuals to the program, collaborating to identify needs and goals, delivering short- and long-term counseling (group or individual), providing family education and counseling, facilitating recovery education courses, and ensuring timely documentation, authorizations, and compliance with regulations. The role requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work (or related field), and an Associate Licensure in a Behavioral Health field with applicable state certification. This is a Full-Time, non-exempt position in an outpatient hybrid setting at Trillium ACTT – Greenville, NC, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm schedule, and a salary range of $21.00–$26.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
- State professional certification where applicable.
