Job Summary
Conduct clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Develop person-centered recovery plans and collaborate with other services and agencies. Provide direct service to individuals with severe mental illness in inpatient or outpatient settings. Drive clients to appointments and groups using either a personal vehicle or company vehicle. This Full-Time role offers a weekly wage range of $80,168.40 to $105,279.78 based on geographic location, with shifts available Sunday through Thursday. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling leading to licensure and be eligible for a Washington Behavioral Health License. Join the Thurston Mason Mobile Crisis program to deliver outreach and intensive case management services aimed at stabilizing high-risk populations and preventing incarceration.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, etc. (A master's that leads to licensure)
- Eligible for a Washington Behavioral Health License
- One (1) year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting
- Valid and current driver's license
- Personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
- Master's in social work, MSW, ASW, Associate Clinical Social Worker, ACSW
