Job Summary
Provide psychotherapy to clients experiencing homelessness sheltered at Haven for Hope, facilitating community re-entry and progress on a Person-Centered Recovery Plan. Deliver evidence-based behavioral counseling (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, EMDR, Living Room Counseling/Crisis Intervention, Dual Recovery Therapy/Mission Model), conduct outreach screenings and assessments, treatment planning, and clinical consultation. Support supervision of Social Work or Counseling interns, coordinate psychiatric and medical care, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and contribute to a holistic, trauma-informed approach within a high-volume clinical setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- Hold and maintain a current Texas LCSW or LPC licensure
- At least 5 years of direct counseling experience in high-volume clinical settings
