Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments involving bio-psychosocial information and make diagnoses. Provide individual, family, and group counseling to consumers, including psychoeducation to enhance engagement and maintain regular therapeutic contact. Coordinate treatment with internal and external staff, advocate for consumers, and make indicated referrals. Enter reports and assessments into the information technology system, maintaining accurate case records within 24 hours of service delivery. Participate in Mobile Outreach responses for initial evaluations and crisis intervention. Spend 65% of time in face-to-face consumer contact, submit routine productivity reports, and perform on-call duties on a rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral level degree in mental health field
- Clinical license
- Two years treatment experience in mental health and substance fields with adults, children and families
Desired Qualifications
- LSW/LAC/LMFT (LCSW/LPC preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Computer literate
