Job Summary
Provide individual and group therapy, family therapy, and clinical interventions for youth and families in Community, Home, School, or Residential settings. Develop and implement treatment plans, assess and facilitate referrals, maintain compliant documentation, act as primary contact for treatment plans, and support Youth ACT and Therapeutic Foster Care programs. Licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCAT) with a Master’s degree and ability to travel are required; duties may include transportation and after-hours on-call responsibilities. $62,500–$75,000 annual pay range, location Fulton, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- License eligible (must obtain licensure as applicable: LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCAT)
- Unrestricted NYS driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel
- CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire
