Job Summary
The Clinician I or II ECWB role delivers comprehensive child mental health services to children ages 0-8 across multiple settings (office, home, classroom) including direct clinical care, family and teacher collaboration, case management, and supervision of graduate interns. Responsibilities include developing and tracking treatment plans with measurable goals, conducting standardized and biopsychosocial assessments, providing psychoeducation and crisis counseling, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring documentation and QA compliance. The position emphasizes trauma-informed care and the Social Determinants of Health, with practice integrating neuroscience and dual-generation approaches. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, active licensure or eligibility (LPC/LMFT or LCSW/LMSW) with CAQH and credentialing, two years post-master’s experience, supervision of interns if applicable, vaccination-status considerations, and a Texas driver's license with proof of insurance. The role is year-round and contracted, with in-person work at the San Antonio, TX site.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or related field
- Active state licensure or eligibility (LPC/LMFT or LCSW or LMSW) with CAQH listing and Medicare or credentialing as applicable
- Two years post-master’s experience in clinical mental health services
- Ability to provide supervision to graduate interns (if applicable)
- Vaccination status verification or accommodation request process
- CAQH listing and active credentialing with Medicare where applicable
- State of Texas vehicle operator’s license and proof of liability insurance
