Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- A Masters’ degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Active BBS registration as an Associate or licensure as LPCC/LMFT (for Clinician I) OR LCSW (for Clinician I with different licensure)
- 6 months of direct care experience (for Clinician I) OR under 12 months of FTE direct care experience (for Clinician I)
- Active Clinical licensure (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) as applicable
- Ability to write progress notes, develop family plans, participate in meetings, manage time effectively
- Mentor responsibilities for new TBS Behavioral Analysts
- Flexibility to work hours to meet family needs
- Compliance with agency policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to observe, record, and analyze behavior, and implement behavior-change plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records
