Job Summary
The Clinician provides clinical and education-based treatment services in a residential treatment facility and outpatient clinic, delivering in-person and telehealth sessions. Responsibilities include completing social histories, assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries; providing individual counseling and facilitating educational and counseling groups; developing curricula for group settings with patients and families; assisting patients in understanding and completing objective-driven treatment plans; coordinating with staff, community resources, and referral sources; attending staff meetings and clinical supervision; and maintaining patient records. The role operates in a setting with flexible work arrangements (off-site/mobile options) and requires collaboration across clinical teams. Licensure in psychology/clinical behavioral health is required or eligible for licensure in Wyoming; advanced education and experience in addiction-related services are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field from CACREP/CORE/CSWE accredited program
- Fully or Provisionally licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LAT through the Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board, or eligible for licensure if current licensure is out-of-state
- Meet qualifications required for a substance abuse professional, Clinician, or assistant by the State of Wyoming's Division of Behavioral Health Standards for the Operation of Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programs
- Proficient in the use of computer software programs, including Microsoft Suite and desktop publishing
- Five years of post-licensure clinical experience, with some related to addiction disorders (preferred)
