Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate care and treatment for children with emotional and behavioral challenges and their families. Develop treatment plans, complete clinical assessments, and make recommendations for referrals and discharge. Provide in-home clinical support to assist families in addressing behavioral challenges with the goal of restoring family autonomy. This role requires a Master's degree and licensure eligibility, with a personal vehicle necessary for in-home visits. Full-time employment includes a salary starting at $57,314.71 for non-licensed staff or $61,269.43 for licensed staff, alongside comprehensive health insurance and generous time off.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Mental Health or Human Services
  • 3-5 years' experience working with children and families with emotional and behavioral disabilities, care coordination and knowledge of community resources
  • License/License Eligible
  • Use of a personal vehicle
