Clinician Engagement Specialist

Job Summary
Clinician Engagement Specialist will lead onboarding and training for clinicians and back-office staff, conduct live onboarding sessions, tailor training to different audiences, support early adoption and stabilization, monitor usage to identify disengagement, reach out to reinforce guidance, and translate insights into improved training content and enablement processes. You’ll collaborate across Product and Clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs, contribute to rollout plans for new features and workflow changes, and build scalable training and customer-support approaches that improve the overall user experience for Apricot’s healthcare customers.
