Job Summary
Conduct clinical care for males aged 12 to 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and co-occurring psychiatric disorders. Design house-specific routines, chores, and activities to support individual growth within a staff-to-student ratio of 1:3. Provide supervised hours toward licensure/certification while participating in ongoing training and continuing education. Work full-time Monday through Friday daytime with an on-call rotation in Rutland, MA, attending a two-week paid orientation.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field
- relevant behavioral experience
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA
