Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on trauma-informed care and behavioral health for youth ages 7 to 17. Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate individualized treatment plans, and write discharge summaries. Provide crisis intervention and assist in creating safety plans for behavioral health crises. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including progress notes and assessments. Act as a key member of the Child and Family Team, collaborating with psychiatrists, direct care staff, and case managers. Work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with other hours as needed. Salary ranges from $58,000 to $74,800 based on licensure level.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Counseling or Social Work degree
- Master's Degree in Psychology
- One (1) year Clinician experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Pass DMV 36-month history check
- Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
- Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment
- Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions
- Eligibility to obtain AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions
- Ability to attend 2 weeks of full time New Hire Orientation Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (paid)
Desired Qualifications
- Counseling or Social Work degree
- Master's Degree in Psychology
- One (1) year Clinician experience
- Ability to obtain licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAAC, LIAC)
