Job Summary
Clinical Care Coordinators for an Amber Crisis Residential Treatment program in Oakland: deliver individual, family, and group counseling, rehabilitation, and case management within a 12-bed voluntary CRT; assess risk and develop person-centered service plans; perform outreach, engagement, and reporting of disengagement; coordinate assessments, referrals, planning, and benefits support; maintain data records and regulatory documentation; participate in supervision, meetings, and training; requires ASW/AMFT/APCC or LCSW/LMFT/LPCC with BBS registration and 1 year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- ASW, AMFT, or APCC with current BBS registration
