Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based individual, family, and group therapy to youth in the foster care system, focusing on placement stability and community maintenance. Conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and implement clinical interventions for routine and complex cases while gathering and analyzing data. Develop discharge and transition plans as services near completion. Maintain accurate treatment documentation and perform administrative duties including Medicaid billing. Collaborate with supervisors and specialists on case-related problems and participate in weekly supervision. Represent agency programs to internal and external contacts. Requires bilingual Spanish fluency, a Master's degree in Social Work or related field, and ability to work evenings while driving to the Chicago metropolitan area.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or related Human Services field, such as Counseling, Psychology, Marriage/Family Therapy, etc. from an accredited program.
- Bilingual skills required – must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
- Able to work evenings based on client and program needs.
- Must be able to drive, have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle to travel in the Chicago metropolitan area.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
