Job Summary
Conduct short-term crisis assessment, counseling, and treatment planning for youth in the residence using a strength-based, trauma-informed perspective. Perform risk assessments, substance abuse screens, and comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to formulate preliminary diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans. Coordinate tele-mental health services, facilitate family meetings for discharge planning, and collaborate with community providers to ensure safe transitions back to the community. Document all clinical information and provide education support to residential staff. Report to the Director and rotate a flexible schedule to cover holidays, vacations, and sick calls. This role offers a $2500 retention bonus for new hires and $7500 for licensed social workers or mental health professionals.
