Clinician - Children's Congregate Care

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents in residential and community-based settings. Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care with a focus on measurable outcomes and successful discharge planning. Deliver trauma-informed services supporting emotional regulation, behavioral stability, and overall functioning across life domains. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record and meet productivity expectations, which may include afternoon and evening hours. Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call coverage as required. Monitor and respond to client safety, behavioral, and clinical risk concerns, communicating urgent issues promptly to supervisors and leadership. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and external partners such as schools and child welfare agencies. Attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings to engage in ongoing professional development.
