Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents in residential and community-based settings. Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care with a focus on measurable outcomes and successful discharge planning. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record and participate in utilization review, quality management, and clinical audits. Monitor client safety and behavioral risks, responding to concerns and communicating urgent issues to supervisors. Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call coverage as required. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including schools and child welfare agencies, while attending supervision, team meetings, and trainings. Deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based care emphasizing client-centered practice, equity, inclusion, and cultural responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- 1–3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
- Valid driver's license (Class C or D)
