Carry a caseload of 10-15 clients across mental health and substance use disorder presentations while providing individual therapy using evidence-based, person-centered approaches. Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the clinical programming schedule, including one evening IOP group per week as needed. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in full compliance with organizational and regulatory standards and collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity and quality of care.
