Job Summary
Carry a caseload of 10-15 clients across mental health and substance use disorder presentations while providing individual therapy using evidence-based, person-centered approaches. Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the clinical programming schedule, including one evening IOP group per week as needed. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in full compliance with organizational and regulatory standards and collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity and quality of care. Manage your own schedule with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. This full-time, in-person role at Clover Behavioral Health in Chelmsford, MA, supports clients navigating mental health conditions and co-occurring presentations through a continuum of programming including Day Treatment and Intensive Outpatient services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related social services field
- Experience providing both mental health and substance use disorder treatment
- Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload with consistent documentation compliance
- Group facilitation experience in a clinical setting
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedule and documentation without close oversight
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Active LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in IOP, PHP, or structured outpatient behavioral health settings
