Job Summary
Clinician position provides comprehensive assessments, group and individual clinical services to adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders in a community-based outpatient setting; works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor; collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and linkages to medical, treatment, housing and education resources; opportunity for EMDR training after at least one year of employment and licensure; CEU reimbursement available; orientation and ongoing training provided. The role emphasizes evidence-based clinical practice, supervision, and engagement with families and adults to effect positive changes in mental health care.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a related field and eligibility for licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC-A, LPC, LMFT-A, LMFT)
- 1 year related experience
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Vaccination as per policy (COVID-19 vaccination or exemption)
