Job Summary
The SHARE Program Clinician performs therapeutic rehabilitative skill development and crisis intervention services, maintaining accurate documentation and recommending referral services as needed. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining Individualized Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs), educating client systems on nutrition, symptom management, and medication safety. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, LAC/LSW certification, and one year of experience in the psychiatric/mental health field.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university in Social Work, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, criminal justice, counseling, or other related behavioral healthcare or counseling
- LAC/LSW required
- One year of experience in the psychiatric/mental health field
- Valid N.J. drivers license with less than 6 points
