Job Summary
The Clinician at the Outpatient Clinic provides critical services to individuals, children, and families facing mental health challenges through social clinical assessments, treatment plan development, and psychotherapy. Responsibilities include assisting in client placements for necessary services, providing crisis intervention, and participating in supervision with the clinical supervisor. Required qualifications include a master's degree in a relevant field and specific licensure or eligibility. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- MSW, MA, or M.Ed. in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
- Must be licensed or license eligible for LMHC, LMFT, LADCI, LICSW, or LCSW
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet Agency requirements for driving history records
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in mental health or substance use treatment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
