Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans for medication-assisted opioid use disorder clients, and provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices. Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessments, and education on addiction recovery while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and community partners to coordinate care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and ensure compliance with federal and organizational standards. Work Monday through Friday in a collaborative, mission-driven behavioral health organization serving Western Massachusetts since 1938.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, LADC I, or equivalent or license-eligible and actively working toward independent licensure

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment
