Clinician - Behavioral Health FSP

Job Summary
Provide therapeutic services within the FSP Program, working collaboratively with a team that includes case managers and psychiatrists. Responsible for conducting individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and groups while ensuring clients participate in their treatment plans and assessments. Must maintain productivity of 6 hours of billable service per day and complete documentation accurately and timely. Manage crisis interventions and maintain communication with clients’ support systems. Participate in clinical meetings and agency reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass California State Department of Justice criminal background investigation, Live Scan and/or fingerprinting.
- Must be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Psychology.
- At least two years’ experience working with mentally ill, homeless, co-occurring or incarcerated populations.
Additional Requirements
- Must have valid California Driver's license and the availability of a car with adequate insurance.
