As a clinician/therapist in the Children and Family Treatment and Supports (CFTS) program, you will provide therapeutic support to families by conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering family therapy sessions with evidence-based practices. Your responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in case consultations, maintaining clinical documentation, and utilizing community resources to enhance family support.
