Job Summary

Provide direct clinical support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within residential and day programs. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans grounded in PBIS and trauma-informed care. Serve as a clinical consultant to staff and supervisors, offering hands-on coaching to ensure fidelity of behavior support plans. Mentor newer clinicians and facilitate Universal Cluster Team meetings while collaborating with families and community partners. Requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, three years of clinical experience, and an independent or associate licensure. Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and ability to travel between program sites are mandatory.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
  • experience in adult residential or community-based ID/DD services
  • Demonstrated comfort working with individuals with complex behavioral or mental health needs
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
  • ability to travel between program sites

Desired Qualifications

  • Independent or associate licensure preferred (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or BCBA)
