Clinician - ABA

Job Summary
Lead a clinical team by carrying a caseload of children, completing functional and skill assessments, and developing individual treatment plans with data collection systems. Provide ongoing supervision to four ABA-BHTs, training them on data collection, intervention implementation, and skill acquisition programming while reviewing clinical progress notes and adjusting goals monthly. Maintain a healthy relationship with families, schools, and staff by ensuring policy compliance, managing incident reports, and conducting annual staff evaluations. Ensure service continuity through biannual reassessments and collaborative work with CCTC departments to meet clinical needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field
- Has completed a minimum of 12 college credits in ABA coursework
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of one year of full time postgraduate experience in the provision of mental health direct services to children
- Strong interpersonal skills
