Job Summary
The Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of the FHARPS/FPATH programs in Spokane, provides supervision and training to multidisciplinary staff (including certified peer counselors, outreach/in-reach workers, housing specialists, and mental health professionals), and ensures alignment with Trueblood class members’ housing and recovery supports. Responsibilities include coaching staff, promoting outreach and case management services, monitoring housing subsidies and transportation assistance, facilitating connections to health and social services, developing community partnerships, supporting quality improvement, and ensuring adherence to contracts and organizational policies. The role requires travel to community sites and between work locations; candidates typically hold a Master’s degree, have post-master’s clinical experience, possess DOH licensure credentials or active licensure within six months, and hold a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in the behavioral related field
- Two years post master’s degree professional experience in clinical work and coordination of treatment services
- Must have DOH credentials: LAAC OR LMHCA OR LICSWA OR LMFTA AND active credential within 6 months of hire
- Must have an unrestricted and valid driver’s license, be able to pass motor vehicle screening and driving test, have active car insurance, and be willing to use their personal vehicle in the course of work
