Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive outpatient care for patients with diverse clinical neuroimmunology conditions at the UPMC Multiple Sclerosis Center, including infrequent inpatient consultations for complex cases. Gain exposure to multidisciplinary care across neurorehabilitation, neuropsychiatry, neuro-urology, and women's neurology, while participating in clinical trials and a clinic-wide prospective cohort study. Clinician-scientist fellows engage in supervised research tracks covering clinical trials, translational studies, or data analysis using neuroimaging and machine learning. Present at national or international conferences and teach residents and medical students alongside biweekly case conferences and monthly journal clubs.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully graduated from an accredited adult neurology residency program (or the equivalent) in the United States (or Canada)
- Unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania
- Completed the necessary credentialing prior to the start of the fellowship
- Clinician track: 1 year
- Clinician-scientist track: 3 years
