Job Summary
Clinical Value Analysis Manager leads the clinical value analysis program and collaborates with Supply Chain Category Management to drive savings and value creation through cost optimization, product and equipment utilization, and rationalization aligned with best-practice clinical standards. Partners with Category Managers to support clinical integration, facilitates evaluation of new technologies, and leads the clinical product/equipment/services evaluation process. Requires strong research and data analysis capabilities, ability to identify opportunities, and effective collaboration with clinical leadership and supply chain. Must be an RN with a Bachelor's degree; operating room experience is highly desirable. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, presentation preparation for Value Analysis meetings, and coordinating with care-site and system-level clinical teams. Scheduled 40 hours per week in Midvale, UT, with a salary range of approximately $50.97–$78.69 per hour (annualized to $106,018–$163,675) depending on experience. Required Qualifications
- RN licensure required
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, supply chain, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in an analysis or market research role
- Operating room experience highly desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in cost optimization, data utilization, and value creation in healthcare
